Just thought I'd send a quick "hello" message to all.

I've been on this list since we (Tim & Alison & 4 kids) purchased a 1986 7seater bus (watercooled) a couple of months ago. Have learnt untold amounts ranging from the mundaine "what tires" threads. through the interesting debates on conversions to the good-hearted banter and hilarious.

I really don't know how some of you find the time to plough through all the messages and still hold down a job and actually WORK on your VWs, but I'd really like to thank you all for making such a vibrant on-line community. Unfortunately, living in the UK, I'm not likely to meet many of you in person, but list membership is really the next best thing!

Thanks again, and happy Vanagoning! .... and ....no, I'm not leaving the list! You'd have to force me!!!! Tim (H)
