Kevin; That certainly is a disheartening problem. I would perform a cylinder leak down test to verify the blow by diagnosis. If blow by is not the problem running the engine would make matters worse. I would find someone besides these mechanics to do the test. "Blow by" may be subterfuge for poor seal installing knowledge.
