A little more specifically: You step on the pedal and the engine takes a
while to speed up to revs, or you step on the pedal, the revs speed up and
the car doesn't go?

Hello all, my 91 carat auto is experiencing hesitations during the initial
start up period.  It has done this in the past when the weather was cold but
