Chris,

Remove the mirror and tighten the tension nut on the bottom. Be careful that
you don't overtighten and crack the sides of the mirror stalk. if they are
already cracked, you can still make it work by wrapping a suitably sized hose
clamp on the area. May look funky but it will hold things together.
