If it is the one I am thinking about, this was a dealer-installed option on Vanagons. Last year I stumbled upon some of them at a dealer in Seattle and bought the entire box for about $5 a piece (there were about 20). I don't have anymore, unfortunately, but they aren't as great as they look, IMO since there is no *good* way to attach them other than a couple of pieces of double-sided adhesive on the top of the ashtray.
