I hope the 185/70 is a typo. This is only a 24" tire barley suitable for an
Audi 5000. A Vanagon is rated for about 5200 pounds. 5500 for a Syncro.
Passenger car tires should be de-rated 10% when used on a light truck. this
only leaves 4460 pounds capacity with that size tire. Your speedometer will
also read faster and farther than what you are actually doing. The correct
size in a 185 width is 185/82-14. Usually, this tire will have the aspect
ratio (82) omitted from the size label.

Thanks Robin (and all responders) did order the Agilis
185/70/14's -- will get em this week - had to freight
in from the Michelin Texas warehouse - paid $105 each
incl. mount/balance...
