In Europe, where a rear fog lamp is mandatory, most Vanagons/Transporters have 3 switches on the right hand side. They are (top to bottom) rear screen/mirror defrost, hazard lights, rear fog lamp. On the simpler windowless Transporter models, the top one is of course absent.
