May it please the Court,

Since Gerry is moving to another location, does this mean the recent suspensions of two (un-named) members are up? One in particular has been so silent that I fear the Big Man upstairs has plucked him from our midst. I pray it isn't so.

If it please the Court, please take heed of the well-founded principle of list law that the moving of a mainframe server to another location negates all previous penalties which were issued through that server. Dr. T.P. Stephens v. Vanagon.com Email List Administrator, 3 Comp. Law Reports, 226 (1996).

I urge this court to reconsider the case(s) of my brethren, to commute their sentences, and set them free.

With humblest sincerity,

Sir Horace
