Some of us airheads are out here - mostly lurking - in KCMO. In fact, I saw another 80-83 a/c Westy this very p.m. But...two blinks and you'd miss us.

I enjoy the list dialog but rarely post, having only a modest capacity to contribute much of worth or wit. For example, my 'big' Westy project is to do that spline-for-chrome-molding swap recommended by a list member some months ago - a no-tech effort.

But your post brings to mind this question for the list - does anyone know how many Vanagons were imported by VWOA - by year & type? Are they almost all now found in 'Calingtonorado'?

>>>I've been on this list for a good while now and I'm not finding any 83 Air Cooled Westfalias or Vanagons. Maybe I'm blinking but are any of you out there?
