Cool idea, just make sure BOTH valves are shut when you start a pumpin'. I can just see myself think "hmmm, I've pumped in a quart of grease--I ought to start feeling some resistance." Then I look to see all of the grease on the ground, or worse, in my plumbing that I was too lazy to take off.
