For those of you running Microsoft Outlook who are worried about these types of Viruses, you might want to visit the following Microsoft site which addresses security concerns for Outlook users. It also contains a patch to fix some of these problems in Outlook.

http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/9798/Out98sec.aspx One of the patches addresses viruses that try to send out multiple emails to people in your address book.

Another way to make sure your system is up to date is to regularly visit (with Internet Explorer)

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com Make sure you have all the critical and security updates installed.

Lastly, it is a good policy to never open any attachments on email unless it is from a trusted source.
