Hi folks, I am having trouble
with two of my heater controls

one, the defroster/foot heater selector
(the one on top) can't seem to overcome
the tension of the spring that forces the
the flaps into open (foot heat) mode,
and the second one
(the other top one) that controls the actual on and off of the heat just plain
will not work.  I dug into it just a bit
and tried to adjust the cables at the top
(on the control unit) but that seemed to 
have no real effect on either of them.

Suggestions??
