Hi Kim,

If you have coolant coming out of the water pump weep hole, you will need to replace it soon. I have a how-to article on my website if you feel like tackling the replacement yourself.

hi list, maybe this is a silly question, but if you accidentaly overfill the overflow coolant tank behind the license plate, will the extra coolant come out the weep hole in the water pump? or will coolant only come out of that hole if the water pump is about to go kaput?

Thanks, Kim 85 GL
