You should be able tos ee the coolant leak. Two ideas where it's going otherwise: (1) Head gasket is leaking the coolant intot he cylinder. (2) Check the heater core. Otherwise, a dye to look for leaks? No comment. Let's just say coolant itself is colorful. Get hold of a pressure checker? It's a tool taht hooks up in place of your radiator cap. With a tube to a small hand pump (some are electric pumps, must be nice...) Pump up the pressure, if there is a notice-able leak anywhere.. Trust me you'll see it squirting or see/hear water drippin.
