I have heard that a spray wash with a vinegar solution helps a bit - I tried some today but i will have to see how streaky the paint has gotten.

It was very hot in the day, warm to mild at night, totally dry all the time, with some wind and much dust (but no long dust storms.) My Shade-Boy that I just put on last month worked quite well until the gusty 35 mph winds started pushing the fiberglass arms down too far. it was not much fun packing it away in the middle of the night.

Didn't see that one but there was a lot of other great things happening - go to www.burningman.com for the latest...
