The inner diameter of my pipes is 1-3/8" and the outer is diameter is 1-1/4"
(tape measured - not calipered).


I wouldn't try regular PVC as I'm pretty sure it would sag at the coolant temps
involved.  Maybe CPVC works.  It is rated 200F.  Has anybody used this stuff?
 Is it available in 1-1/4" diameter?  Where do you get it?  Sure would be
lighter than the conduit and truck heater hose.  Is the run over the fuel tank
straight, or do the metal pipes have bends that I cannot see in there?
