This has been discussed at great length in the past. You will find tons of info on ti in the archives. I don;t think people addressed underseat systems though. In the meantime go to my links page. There is a section there under the heading of "Heater Manufacturers" Check those out. There is also a review there regarding one of the catalytic heaters.
