Wow, you must travel light! Last time I weighed in we came were at 2380kgs (about 5200lbs), and this was only for a weekend outing. This is with 2 kids & 2 cats (total weight approx 100lbs), and two adults (about 280lbs total :-) Must be all the clothes and kids toys I guess... ;-)

This is an '88 Westy 2WD. I've never weighed her empty, 'cause she's rarely driven that way...

ps: We also carry a 2nd spare and firewood on the roof for most trips.
