Ben, The gauges faces are $40.00/set. They come with instructions and need to be trimmed on installation (takes a while) I do have a few samples that are imperfect (a bit jaggey on some of the lines) for $30.00.

The motor will run to the rpm limiter at 7000 but it will never pull that in top gear. The brick effect of course. I honestly feel little need to find out the maximum velocity but it is a barrel of fun standing on it in the first three gears. Sometimes it's fun starting out in second and shifting right into fourth, or going around a tight right hand turn and pulling smoothly away in third. This the result of having usable torque down to 1200 rpm.
