Max,

Yep, forgot about the stripe removal tool.

However that floopy rubber disc, unit by 3-M doesn't , won't cut the dried up contact as well as the solid orange rubber wheel, known as the "Stripe Eliminator", by magna Produts, of Manteca California. Phone number, 209-239-9191--- same principal, same operation, just a little bit heavier duty, and will go a bit farther before it wears out.

I just saw a yellow rubber 3-M wheel last week that they just came out with, and it is a bit larger, and should last a little longer.

The price of these stripe and glue eliminators is about $30.00, expensive but fast, and they work very well.

The problem with using any of these three products on older fiberglass is that they might leave a polished mark on the faded fiberglass, which may look stupid. Might have to rub out the whole top, but who say's that's bad? :>)

Forced Fun?

Later,
