Hi, 2 tips for what they're worth..... 1. You may already have tried running with the 02 sensor disconnected ( open loop ) 2. I was corresponding with Darrell Boehler about building my digi-jet digi-tool. He stressed that the digi-jet ECU is grounded through the ECU housing, through the ECU mounting bracket, then through the screws that hold the ECU mounting bracket to the van frame. He suggested making sure this is getting a good ground. I added a ground wire to the upper ECU mounting tab screw connection to make sure the ECU always has a good ground.
