sorry, I meant the alcohol cookers, not the unvented,
potentially suffocating heaters. Just finding ways of
eliminating RV explosions. I should have been more
explicit.
Lot's of carbon monoxide fatalities on all kinds of
boats. Quite a few poorly installed propane rigs, as
well.
I'm no expert, just an observer. Camp safe.
I buy gallons of stove alcohol on sale at home
centers. A gallon is more than enough for cooking on
my annual 2 weeker.
I have a vented woodstove for heat, and no inboard
engine. Haven't needed heat in my wooden boat since
November of '97
