That effects the temp range in your chart. 20w50 is not too thick for 60 degrees F in my humble opinion. I would not use a single grade/weight oil though because of the range of degrees you need to cover. - Which leads to the next point, Synthetic oils can come in 15w50 and are much more stable at higher running temps so go for some Mobil 1 red cap.
