- Sky Marshals are usually limited or designated for International flights.

- Fear of a bomb being set off and an expectation that the plane they were on meant that sitting still and hoping to get off the plane when it lands (and hopefully you expect it to) kept most folks pliable.

It was until the folks on a given plane had feedback that there was an effort to hijack planes in an organized way that they got together and did _something_ to retaliate.

The loss of life is deplorable but the actions of a few seems to have thwarted, at least partly, the terror of others.

I'll be trying to , not get back to normal, but get on with life as my part in the effort to thwart the attacks' effects.
