Jim, it may be easier to go to a machine shop with design in hand and get a quote to have them made. I know i could probably crank out 4 in about an hour, so a real machine shop would take maybe 1/2 that. It is really easy- big hole in middle, and 5 holes spaced correctly around it. Bill Kasper of Santa Cruz had done this.
