An irresponsible NBC reporter quoted that without checking it out.
Nostradamus never wrote that. It has been circulating on the internet
for
years. It is usually credited to Nostradamus in 1654, although he died
in 1566. That quatrain was written in the mid 1990's by a Canadian
college
student who was writing a paper on Nostradamus. He was demonstrating
that
almost anyone could predict anything by simply using vague imagery.
This
"prediction" was first dragged out in 1999 to "explain" the crash of
TWA
flight 800.
