Well, you know me.. I have to research everything.  This is fake.  Someone
took a segment of one of Nostradamus' Quatrains and incorporated their own
words.  Here is the actual Quatrain in full:

ORIGINAL:

L'an mil neuf cens nonante neuf sept mois,
Du ciel viendra vn grand Roy d'effrayeur:
Resusciter le grand Roy d'Angolmois,
Auant apres Mars regner par bon-heur.

TRANSLATION:

The year 1999, seventh month,
From the sky will come a great King of terror:
To bring back to life the great King of Angolmois,
Before and after Mars to reign by good luck.

    This obviously has nothing to do with the recent terrorist attacks
because of the reference "The Year 1999, seventh month."

ORIGINAL:

Cinq & quarante degrez ciel bruslera
Feu approcher de la grand cité neuue
Instant grand flamme esparse sautera
Quand on voudra des Normans faire preuue.


TRANSLATION

At forty-five degrees the sky will burn,
Fire to approach the great new city:
In an instant a great scattered flame will leap up,
When one will want to demand proof of the Normans.


No mention of "the city of York" or of a "great collapse, 2 twin brothers
torn apart by chaos ."  And even if there was an event at 45 degrees
latitude (How do we know it wasn't Longitude?) it would have taken place 276
miles EAST of the city (Which is at - LAT: 40.7139 LON: -074.0102) and that
would locate the event in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean somewhere.

Anyway, just thought you would like to know it was a hoax.  People always
butcher Nostradamus' Quatrains to scare people..
