While on the subject of drain plug washers:

The standard washers that I get w/ my filters don't fit on my drain plug bolt. The bolt isn't a regular bolt like on my other vw's, so I'm not sure if it's an aftermarket item. It has something of a "built in" washer - a couple of flanges before the bolt head that don't let a copper washer seat flush. So I haven't been using a washer.

Is there a different washer I should be using with this bolt? Is this a funny bolt?
