It is my understanding that the radiator fan (unlike my '85 which runs all
the time the AC is on) cycles on and off with the AC compressor.   When the
AC is not running, I am assuming the fan cycles on/off strictly by
temperature.  Is it possible then that the lo speed fan function could only
work in the AC mode and not when the AC is off due to a bad relay or temp.
sensor?  Someone told me there is a relay? behind the driver's headlight
that fails.  Would the AC function by-pass this and allow the fan to run on
lo speed with the compressor?
