First, I'd like to thank everyone for all the great advice, as well as the warm welcome to the list! I feel I'm among friends here:-) OK. I bled out the clutch line. I know I did a thorough job. I've still got no pedal! Again, the lever on the transmission DOES move when the pedal is depressed. I also noticed only this morning when I tried out the clutch, that when I step the pedal down, I hear a whirrring sound. Not high pitched or clatery, and not loud...I assume this must be the cause of my problem. Perhaps the throw-out bearing? Again, I'd appreciate any further advice you can give me, any ideas.... Thanks again for you help!!! I'm very greatful. Barry |
