I am running Valvoline Syn-Tech 20/50 year round. Works pretty good even
during the cold weather we get here in the Chicago area. I change the oil
every 6,000 miles. I do, however, change the oil filter every 3,000 miles
and use only the correct Mann or Mahle brand filter.
