If not, you may be able to roll your own. I once read, in the BMW motorcycle owners club magazine, about disemboweling an electric blanket to make a heated vest. Reconfiguring the heating elements of a 120 V blanket to run on 12 V is rather straightforward; although easily calculated, whether or not a car battery has enough grunt to carry the load all night is another matter.
