Playing semi-devil's advocate here, if we were to bomb the entire country and everyone were to die, wouldn't God separate good from evil ie the folks that are starving and desolate would get an early trip to heaven and the unsavory bunch, well, they'd get to go to a place hotter than the 90th floor of that first tower last Tuesday? Maybe I'm being a little too simplistic for everyone here.
