A word to the wise. Please provide the block and head numbers for this engine. If this is the Overland 1.9l NA block and 1.6l hydraulic head setup that Ken sold me, it may not stand the test of time.

I will forward my block and head numbers when I get a chance. I spent about 3 weeks on the web trying to find someone else that successfully turbo the motor that Overland sells and I could not find anyone that had one that ran for more then 40K miles. I decided not to turbo this block as I felt it was to risky. Now a have a freshly rebuild 1.6TD pump and turbo that I guess I might as well sell.

Paul, I am guessing you used a 1.6TD intake and exhaust setup from Jetta or Quantum for the fuel delivery to this longblock? If this is a different type of engine build, then I am barking up the wrong tree and I apologize.
