Few months back I posted some information on a hose I used to replace original. Mfg by Thermoid see hbdthermoid.com for a listing of hoses available. I used a general purpose hose 1.25" EPDM, I think it was originally for farm duty with 150 working 300 psi burst pressure. Heavier wall than original and double ply reinforcement vs single ply. Disadvantage is it is heavier walled, which reduces some clearances which may cause you to do slight rerouting. Stuff looks bullet proof and so far no problems. In the midwest it was sold at Farm & Fleet or Fleetfarm which are common. Price was well below auto parts store and at this point as good or better.
