I don;t know about your other questions but thought this was sort of related
to your question. My parts guy mistakenly ordered 100 Porsche style Cadmium
plated lugnuts. They look like the regular Vanagon/Syncro Lugnuts but gold
cad plated. He is blowing them out at $1.50 a piece. If anyone has any
interest in these, pmail me  and I'll get you some. If any of you have seen
my gold GL with the Porsche alloys, these are the ones I have on them.
