The only really safe way is a vented catalytic heater.
I have a Coleman Black Cat catalytic heater, for which I made a bracket to
hold it on the arm that normally holds the front table. It works, but puts
out a lot of moisture and fogs the inside of the windows, more or less,
depending on climatic conditions. I do not use it while sleeping.
