I am cleaning out the garage and have the following items available free of charge- you pay the shipping or pick up in Western Massachusetts. So, before they end up at the dump:
1. Custom Dual Exhaust for 80-83 air-cooled Vanagon: Originally an EMPI dual quietpack design. This particular system was VERY cheaply made and after two or three reweldings to fix the cracks and broken mounts, the muffler shop cut off everything but the flanges that bolted to the heat exchangers and a short section immediately after the flanges. They then welded up some pipes and two small glasspack mufflers to the remnants of the EMPI system to create a Custom dual exhaust. The result is not exactly a work of art, but looks fine when mounted to the motor on the van. As the fiberglass packing was never installed in the glasspack "mufflers", this system is LOUD and sounds very cool. The noise is similar to that of a Harley: not so cool when trying to exit a campground in the wee hours of the morning. I have no personal experience with this exhaust, it came from the PO of my van as a "freebie". 2. 1981 Westfalia Rear Overhead A/C Cabinet Grille: Brown, has four vents for A/C air flow. Small crack in one corner by screwhole, epoxy would do the trick. 3. Vent Covers(2) from over the sliding door, 81 Westfalia Vanagon (not deluxe camper). Cream and brown.
