Hello,

I agree with the Crutchfield comments: A great resource, but as was pointed out, they make mistakes too.

This chain hasn't mentioned a very important consideration if buying a new radio ... being able to see it.

It turns out the many of the feature packed radios have colorful glowing displays that can't be seen in the high and bright radio location in a Vanagon. The best radios for this application have liquid crystal displays. The brighter the light, the more contrast the display has.
