Subject:      OXY Sensor connect?

I still don't know how to connect the oxy sensor.  The wire from it is just
dangling in the engine compartment.  There is a green wire coming from the
wiring harness and just hanging there, It could reach the oxy sensor wire, as
I recall, but both have female spade connectors.  Do I need another wire to
connect, or is the wrong wire on the oxy sensor, or is this green wire for
something else entirely.

What should the wire to the oxy sensor look like?
