http://www.haywood-sullivan.com/vanagon/vanagon3_detail.html David: check out the cool bumpers on the very cool Yellow-bird Westy at the above site, and.....unless I'm mistaken, those are something like B.F. Goodrich All Terrain tires on it...and they look pretty beefy. Maybe ask the owner how they're wearing, even hauling around those cool bumpers. By the way, some of you helped me with info re: changing rear drum brakes on my '91 Westy....did the job today and it came off without a hitch. Had trouble getting the drums off in the past. Took the tires off, removed the 2 bolts, wedged a leveraging tool between the back edge of the drum and hit the side of the drum with a hammer and the drum "jumped" off. How sweet it is.
