Does anybody have any recommendations for temperature and oil pressure gauges for our 87 Westy with a 2.1 Waterboxer? We'd like to know a bit more about what is going on with the engine, as sometimes we get strange intermittent buzzes, and lights and stuff that just isn't acurate. We would like to add an oil pressure gauge. We're assuming electronic, does this need a new sender? Any recomendations? As for heat buildup, on our old vw's we always had a cylinder head temp gauge. Would an oil temperature gauge be more appropriate? What kind of a sender does this take? Thanks so much for the wisdom. |
