The term is R-E-T-I-R-E-D, you've confused it with Retarded. The current owner of that JATO cartridge is a furry fellow named Wylie Cayote, Wylie has successfully used the cartridge many times in his cartoon adventures. In a recent interview with Lois Lane, Wylie said "If that other fellow had just read the instructions on the device he could have had many adventures with just minor injuries" Stan Wilder
