I don't know who or why this was sent but in case my first reply was not received I am resending it: Tim: This sounds like a case of dragging clutch. I had the hard shifting also and changed to Redline oil, but the problem persisted. I ended up putting in a new clutch slave cylinder and it fixed it. My problem was also happening "after the oil warmed up" but in reality it may be the rubber seal in the clutch cylinder that is the culprit. As it warms up and expands it then grabs and does not release the clutch fully. One more thing, as this happens it is VERY bad for your synchros of transmission, it causes them to wear fast from the pressure of synchronizing gear RPM's in your tranny. Fix it soon no matter what it is.
