Hello, The US import versions of these cars had 4 wheels. The rear ones spaced quite close together. A larger version, the BMW 600 had wider spaced wheels, a door in front like the Isetta and a door on the side for the back seat. I never owned a 600 and I no longer own my Fiat 128.
