Bryan: Sorry, I've never even actually seen a 1.9NA or TD, much less have a spare cover. Have you tried finding a salvage yard in Canada? Maybe a list member up there could direct you to one. Or maybe a local welding or sheet metal fab shop would be willing to customize something. They might be able to work from your existing cover. Any other ideas out there?
