Just to be clear here.  I will NOT be able to park the car myself in a NYC
garage.


hence the sign and ESL (english as a second language) concerns. I need to
get this done by communicating with someone and then I will have to
surrender the car to a parking attendant and have him/her do the proper and
competent job. That's the part that scares me.
