Dave,
First thing to do is---get yourself a bottle of Captain Morgan rum, or a
12 pack, of  your favorite beer, and after about 4 to 5 adult beverages,
start yanking the dash-----it's the only way to the heater motor-----


If all else fails, finish the beverages.
