The one I sell is neither. It is a European made hitch which replaces your bumper brackets. Has proven a very popular item for Just Kampers in the UK, who has a large number of Eurovan customers (as they are more prevalent there), which is why I decided to import it. It has a 2" ball and is quite heavy duty. I also sell an optional bike carrier for it, which holds 2-3 bikes. Price is $171 for the hitch (PVW41A), and $124 for the rack (part 85663). Both prices include listmember discount, which you must request.
