Brembo is an Italian brand. While they are an OE supplier to many auto makers, and are generally a quality product, I was not/am not aware of them supplying VW with OEM Vanagon brake pads. ATE and Pagid are the names usually seen (also Girling, in the past if not presently). The ATE's are usually Italian made, even though ATE is a German company (who knows, maybe Brembo is actually making them??). The Girlings and Pagids are German. I generally ship Pagid.
